“Why don’t you fucking disappear”
Those words echoing through my head
Not something any child should hear
Something that makes me want to be dead

The only thing I think is
“Must cut, must hurt”
I’m not a person anyone would miss
Suddenly becoming very alert.

I cut myself, fall on the floor
I can’t do this anymore
As you walk in, you start to weep
I look up at you and die at your feet.
(Poem by Britt)

Red liquid velvet drips from my roots,
My core will deepen with every drop.
An open cut subjected to salt,
White endless silence engulfed in my soul.

Beep beep beep,
My machine sets me alight,
But the reflection will remain unchanged,
A dimly lit path will light my journey.

Save me my good man of science,
Your fingertips are cold as ice,
The taste of your metallic morality,
Will do me far better than any blood.
(Poem by Jessica Paige)

How could someone have such a dark desire?
You only have one life to live so please don’t cut your wire.
You’re a precious being who is deeply loved by many.
Treasure that with all your heart and you’ll like it eventually.
To end your life is a tragedy, it never should occur.
So think about the words I’ve said and tell me you concur.
(Poem by Piano Passion)

You taste the blood on your lips
Its almost too much to handle.
Again you go for the wrist
to take out your anger on your body
For the pain to leave your mind,
you gotta mark it on your skin
As you cut deeper into your veins
you get the sense of peace
and then the bleeding starts over again
running all over your arm
you wanna start all over
to not be depressed anymore
to relieve the stress and anxiety
there has to be another way
the pressure of others can distract
don’t listen to them
they have twisted versions of life
keeping to yourself wont help either
find a friend who will stay by your side
no matter what happens
so, before you break the skin,
ask yourself this very important question
“What good is coming out of this? I can do better.”
(Poem by Allyssa)

Tonight whispers soft mortality
Crying near gates in hell
Bringing dark peace many know well
Enveloped darkness sheathes mortal grace
Consuming life with no haste
Arms carved distance on walls
Painted blue
Blue on lips shown demise found in you
Death calls your name
Signaling your fall
Suicide easily taken, in front of all
Who watch, listen
See your face stained with blood, glisten
Walking down a lonely road, you know too well
Now entering eternal gates of hell
All around fresh death
Brought on in one last breath
(Poem by Caroline Ann)

As I’m sitting here
With my razor in hand
Wanting to go
To a much better land
If I finally gave up
Would anyone care
Would they even notice
That I wasn’t there
The answer is no
Because the would isnt fair
The decision is fianly made
I watch as the ruby red blood
Spills over the shinning silver blade
As I black out for the last time
I bid adieu to a world filled with sorrow
(Poem by Telepak)
